Giselle is a senior solicitor of the MMH Lawyers family law team. Giselle graduated from Victoria University and holds a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Leo Cussen Centre for Law. Giselle was admitted to practice in 2018.
At the start of her career, Giselle gained valuable experience and a strong foundation of knowledge in various practice areas before joining the family law team.
Since her admission into legal practice, Giselle has represented and advocated for client’s going through separation in all aspects of the breakdown of a relationship.

Giselle aims to resolve matters out of court in a cost-effective and timely manner if possible. However, when court does become necessary Giselle is highly skilled and experienced in drafting court documents and navigating the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia jurisdiction.
